We entertain your guests while they wait.

Before the show starts and in every break, guests put their own photo on your big screen. A new entertainment element for your event, and a new source of revenue.

Six events, summer and autumn 2026: guest photos on the screen, the crowd in front.

Which event is yours?

Outloud Festival, Warsaw: two guests on the side screen, the crowd below

Festivals and concerts

The stage screen goes idle between artists, and the crowd goes to their phones.

We put your guests on the big screen while they wait. No cost to the organiser, a share of the revenue, screen graphics in your festival's identity.

Conferences and business events

Networking does not happen by itself. The coffee break is a queue.

Guest cards on the main screen: photo, role, a LinkedIn QR. People see who is in the room and start the conversation. Partner cards rotate in between, so your sponsors are on screen all day.

Clubs, parties and regular events

A regular night needs a new reason to come back.

A new ritual for the evening: a guest's photo on the screen, a shout-out for a birthday, a premium frame for those who want to stand out. Guests pay for it themselves; the venue earns without spending.

How it works

For the guest, one minute

  1. Scan the QR on the screen.
  2. Pick a photo on your phone.
  3. See yourself on the big screen. Every photo is moderated before it goes up.

For the organiser, three things

  1. Slots in the programme: the gathering window before the first act and the breaks.
  2. A screen: LED or projector, HDMI or a browser.
  3. Your moderation rules. Our moderator checks every photo against them; we bring the rest: graphics in your identity, the QR, the upload flow and an operator at your first event.

What you get

Emotions

Stage Screen turns a spectator into a participant. A guest uploads a photo and sees it on the big screen: a personal moment of involvement and an emotional bond with your event.

Reach

Guests share their photos on social media, adding organic reach and drawing attention to the event beyond the venue.

Revenue

Two models, your choice: revenue from the service split 50/50 between the organiser and Stage Screen, or the organiser pays upfront and guests get it for free as an extra activity.

Sponsor slot

In a break the screen can go to a partner entirely: logo, video, a contest, a QR wherever you need it. That money is yours: a position in your sponsor package that is not there yet. At Progresja in July 2026 the first advertiser was on screen eight times over two nights.
